Being a Realtor gives me a tremendous amount of satisfaction. Helping my clients realize their dreams is without a doubt the most fulfilling job I have ever had. I take great pride in my work and promise to be with my clients every step of the way ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. As a Top Producer and Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club member, I have a lot of experience with first-time homebuyers as well as seasoned homeowners. I am a skilled negotiator and very hands-on! I go above and beyond my Realtor duties simply because I enjoy helping my clients in every way I can and I LOVE WHAT I DO!!
My residence is in the Phoenix Field subdivision of Fair Oaks where my family and I moved from San Francisco over seven years ago and have never looked back! I work with both buyers and sellers all over the Sacramento area.
As a listing agent, my job is to make my clients home stand out among the others. I ALWAYS use a professional photographer. After all, what entices buyers to see your home? If you don't have great photos, you might run the risk of losing potential buyers altogether. I also provide a free market analysis of your home. It is important to price your home competitively from the beginning. I welcome my clients to tour with me to see the competition and what they are up against.
As a buyer's agent, I listen to your wants and needs. There is a lot of inventory to choose from and it can be confusing. I will help you weed through what is on the market and hold your hand through the process. It may take a couple of weeks to a couple of years. I am with my clients every step of the way!
